Ok this is it guys.... the end of this story and I can tell you I am incredibly nervous that this chapter isnt right....

Three months later

Jensen hummed quietly to himself as he went about putting the final touches to the bar for the party they were throwing that night. This was his last weekend as official owner of this bar, and even though he was going to miss it and the people he had come to know so well, he was so excited for what lay ahead. He had sold the bar to Mike two weeks ago and this was his last hurrah here and they had planned a massive party to finish things on.

Steve was coming down and Chris and he were going to put on a show the patrons wouldn’t soon forget. Jensen grinned in anticipation of the two days ahead, and the fun to be had here in his last hours as owner. Jared and Steve had gotten on amazingly well when they had met almost eight weeks ago and Jensen had been both relieved and excited to have everyone around him and getting on so famously.

His smile softened at the thought of Jared, god how he loved that man. The change in him in the three months they had been together so far had been huge and he honestly couldn’t imagine his life without him in it. Jared had taken time, they had taken time, Jensen had kept his place here, had continued to live here and popped up to Jared when he could and Jared spent alternate weekends here. The people here loved him and were always delighted to see him waiting behind the bar when they walked in, he was always friendly and open and laughing and joking and genuinely loved being behind that bar. He had told Jensen how much it helped, to be able to get back there and relax and chat and work and be around people who knew him and expected nothing from him but a cold beer and a chat.

It hadn’t been easy by any stretch, and it had taken a while to work through the issues that Jared had, and if he was honest he had. But funnily, it was Mark turning up here one night while Jared and Chris were here that had finally closed the door on that life as far as he and Jared were concerned.

Mark had arrived, all softness and soft spoken, sorrow on his face but a coldness in his eyes that had fooled no one, and had oh so prettily begged Jared to return, saying how sorry he was, how he hadn’t meant a word of what he had said, he had been distraught at Jareds unfaithfulness he had said and had handled it badly. Jared had stood in silence, holding Jensen by his side in a tight grip as Mark had spoken, and Jensen had seen how easily he must have been able to fool Jared, for the man was damn good. But he hadn’t reckoned on Jareds new found strength in himself and the love he now had with Jensen and had ordered Mark from the premises in a cold voice that meant business.

It had been obvious Mark had gotten wind of Jareds work with several after schools programmes in towns stretched across Texas, Jared was developing quite a name for himself and had been approached on a few occasions and asked to put his talents with people to use in the political scene, but he had laughingly and firmly refused. Mark had obviously thought he could get to Jared this way, but he had been oh so wrong and had left empty handed and with a very bruised face and to this day Chris swore Mark had fallen into his fist several times on his way to the car that night....

But the change in Jared after that had been amazing, it was as if that final meeting with Mark had finally shown him he could do anything, he had recovered and he was a better man than his ex husband would ever be. He had thrown himself with a renewed fire into everything he was involved in, from his work to his family to his relationship and Jensen had been overjoyed. Gone was the cautious man and in his place was.... just...Jared. So when the bar had gone up for sale in San Antonio and Jensen had mentioned it in passing that maybe if the time was right he could go for it and Jared had jumped at it and it had gone from there.

He was now the proud owner of a very fine bar and restaurant in San Antonio, with a very astute manageress in Lucy and chef in Sue, who had both jumped at the chance to get out and away. He and Jared were going to live in the house that came with the bar, and Jared had his family had been spending quite a bit of time there getting everything ready, while he was here finishing up the details on this side.

He was so lost in thought, that he didn’t hear anyone enter the bar until two arms wrapped around him from behind and a mouth nibbled softly on his ear.

‘’Hey there’’ Jareds voice was soft and warm and wrapped around him as tightly as his arms did and Jensen felt himself melt into Jareds embrace.

‘’Hey yourself’’ he replied as Jared turned him in his arms and smiled his beautiful smile and leant down to steal a warm kiss.

‘’Hmmmmm, missed you’’ Jared whispered against his lips as his tongue took to exploring Jensens mouth again and Jensen felt himself respond fast and hard, and Jared noticed and grinned with triumph.

‘’I see you missed me too, how about you and me go upstairs? We got time don’t we Jen?’’ He alternated between words and suckling on Jensens neck to prove his point and Jensen didn’t stand a chance against this type of persuasion and he certainly didn’t want to fight it too hard, but it was always worth a little battle, so he grinned to himself as he tilted his head to give Jared more room, and said.

‘’Jay, I dunno, there is such a lot to do here man, and the guys will be here soon...’’

Jareds answering grin was wide and knowing and Jensen knew he fooled no one, but Jared played along anyway and bent to kiss his way back up Jensens throat and before he claimed Jensens mouth again he whispered ...

‘’I want you Jen, I want you in me, please... ‘’ Jensen grinned again and as Jared kissed his smiling mouth Jensen whispered ‘’I love you Jared Padalecki’’

‘’I love you too Jensen Ackles’’

And taking Jared by the hand he led him up the stairs... the guys could wait....

They had all the time in the world.

A.N.: Umm I dont know if this is ever done, but I do have a sequel in the works, in case you guys are interested, Mark just would not go away! So If you are interested I can show you guys a prologue of sorts into the workings of Marks head?
